As a teen mom, I felt a lot of judgement and wasn't aware of my options as a new mother. I felt alone and confused. Now I help new moms feel empowered and supported so they don't have to feel like I did during the most memorable moments of their life.

Planning a vaginal birth after a cesarean is an emotional journey. I am a Certified VBAC Specialist with specialized knowledge and experience to support you through it.
Postpartum & Infant Care
Bringing a new baby home can often be overwhelming for the entire family. I help you by providing in-home care and support to make the transition less stressful and more joyful.
